PhilPad is decent

Got the PhilPad. It works fine for streaming and light browsing. Setup was easy. Battery life could be better.

Good PhilBook Y13, slow shipping

I bought a PhilBook Y13 a few weeks ago for school. The laptop itself is pretty good for the price; the touchscreen works well, and it's light enough to carry around. I did notice the battery life isn't quite as long as I'd hoped, usually around 6 hours for my use. Shipping took almost two weeks, which felt a bit long, but it arrived safely packed.

Great value on a PhilPad

I was looking for a budget tablet and found the PhilPad. I signed up for their newsletter and got a first order discount, which brought the price down even further. It felt like a really good deal for what I got. The tablet performs well for casual use and streaming. The only minor thing is the speakers aren't amazing, but for the price, I can't complain much.

Love my new PhilBook Max!

I got the PhilBook Max, and it's fantastic! The screen is so vibrant, and it's super fast for all my work and browsing. I was worried about buying a budget laptop, but this one exceeded my expectations. I'm definitely going to recommend XIDU to my friends. Can't wait to see what else they offer!

Good laptop, slow shipping

I ordered the PhilBook Y13 for school because the specs and price looked good. The laptop itself is pretty solid for the money; it handles my daily tasks and even some light photo editing without much trouble. The touchscreen is responsive, and the build quality feels decent. However, shipping took a full 12 days to reach me in California, which felt a bit long. I also wish it came with a stylus, even a basic one, instead of having to buy it separately. Overall, a good value, but plan for longer delivery times.

Reliable brand for accessories

I've purchased from XIDU several times now. My first order was a PhilBook 11, and this time I got a USB-C Hub and a laptop stand. They consistently deliver good quality accessories for the price. The hub works perfectly with my main laptop. The stand is sturdy, though it took an extra day for delivery compared to my previous orders.

Reliable for everyday use

This was my third purchase from XIDU, this time I bought the PhilBook Pro. I've always found their budget laptops to be reliable workhorses. My previous PhilBook 11 is still going strong after two years, and I handed it down to my daughter. This new Pro model has a much better screen and zippier performance, which is a nice upgrade. Shipping was consistent with my past orders, arriving within about a week. The only minor point is that the webcam quality is still just okay, not really improved much from my older model. But for the price, it's hard to complain too much. I'll probably be back for another accessory soon.

Detailed review of PhilBook Pro

I ordered the PhilBook Pro as a secondary work machine. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. It arrived in about 8 days to my location in California, well-packaged with no damage. Setup was easy, and the Windows 10 installation was clean. The build quality feels decent for its price point; the metal casing is a nice touch. I've used it for document editing, video conferencing, and some light photo editing. Performance has been solid for these tasks. The keyboard has a good feel, though the trackpad sometimes feels a little less responsive than I'd like. Customer support responded within 24 hours to a question I had about a driver update, which was good. It's a capable machine, definitely good for students or mobile professionals needing something affordable.
